How to change orthodontists
Here’s what you can do to start the transfer process before visiting our Alexandria orthodontic office:
1. Inform your current orthodontist.
Let your orthodontist know as soon as you find out that you have to relocate. The sooner your orthodontist knows, the sooner he or she is able to prepare the necessary information in order for you to transfer over to us.
2. Schedule a complimentary consultation with us!
Then, all you have to do is schedule you or your child’s complimentary consultation with us! When you fill out the form to book your appointment, you can add a comment that you’re transferring with the military. We’ll call you to schedule your consultation and discuss the details of what you’ll need in order to transfer orthodontic treatment!

How much does it cost to change orthodontists?
Your orthodontics cost will depend on the length of treatment still needed. On your first visit, Dr. Lu will assess your treatment progress to determine the cost of the remaining treatment.
We’ll calculate your insurance coverage, factor in a military discount, and develop a custom financing plan with 0% interest.
If you paid in-full for treatment at your current orthodontist, please know that their financial coordinator may have to configure a plan to provide you with a refund.
