Do I need a referral to see an orthodontist?
No. You can schedule a complimentary orthodontic consultation directly with our office. Many patients come to us without a referral to learn about braces, clear aligners, or early orthodontic treatment.

At what age should my child see an orthodontist?
The American Association of Orthodontists recommends children have their first orthodontic evaluation around age 7. Early evaluations allow Dr. Lu to monitor jaw growth and identify developing bite problems, even if treatment isn’t needed right away.

How long does orthodontic treatment usually take?
